Cristian has been in the culinary world for over 15 years. He’s worked in the back, cooking with the degree he obtained from Le Cordon Bleu. He’s also worked in front as a manager, server and bartender. Currently, he’s a Skipper at an Enchanted Tiki Bar located at ”The Happiest Place on Earth”. He’s also been a guest bartender at notable bars such as The Exhibition Room, UnderTow and The Magic Castle.

Our goal is to share tips, tricks and tastes from the culinary world. Some people may want to learn recipes to impress friends; others may want to brush up on techniques or find product reviews. You may even have stumbled across us by accident because it’s 3 am and you can’t sleep. Whatever your skill level or interest in culinary we are trying to bring a little bit to everyone in a fun and easy to follow way.
